Orders & pricing

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by us. We may decline or cancel an order for any lawful reason, including suspected misuse, pricing errors, or stock limitations. Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct errors even after an order is placed.

Payment

Shipping & risk of loss

We ship within the United States as described on our shipping page. Title and risk of loss pass according to that policy; where a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, our shipment protection applies as described on the returns page.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our returns policy. In short, opened or unsealed research materials are non-returnable, while damaged, lost, or incorrect orders are covered by shipment protection.
