Affiliate Program Terms

These are the terms of the AminoStock Partner Program. By creating a partner code you agree to them. They matter because our products are laboratory research materials, and how you talk about them is regulated. Read them once; the rules are short and specific.

In plain terms, you are agreeing to five things:

• promote our products only as research-use-only laboratory materials, never for human or veterinary use;
• disclose that you earn a commission wherever you share your link or code;
• promote honestly — no fake reviews, no misleading discounts, no manipulated attribution;
• accept that commission is earned on shipped orders, paid monthly once your balance reaches $50, and reversed if the order is refunded;
• accept that we can suspend or end your participation if these rules are broken.

1. The agreement

The Partner Program is offered by AminoStock(“we”, “us”). You participate as an independent party, not as our employee, agent, or representative. You have no authority to make commitments on our behalf, and you must not present yourself as us. Nothing here is exclusive: you may promote other products, and we may work with other partners.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least the age of majority where you live and legally able to enter into this agreement. The information on your account must be accurate. One partner account per person or business; it is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or shared. We may decline, suspend, or close a partner account for any lawful reason.

3. Research use only — the rule everything else depends on

Every product we sell is furnished for laboratory and in-vitro research only. It is not for human or veterinary use, and it may not be promoted for any such use. In practice this means you must not:

• make any health, medical, therapeutic, cosmetic, performance, or wellness claim about a product, or suggest it treats, prevents, or improves any condition;
• describe or suggest dosing, reconstitution amounts, cycles, protocols, or routes of administration for people or animals;
• describe results or experiences in people, including your own — no “I take this”, no before-and-after, no testimonials of personal use;
• present a product as a supplement, medication, or alternative to one, or compare it to any pharmaceutical brand;
• target consumers seeking products for personal use, or promote to anyone under the age of majority;
• answer a prospective customer's question about personal use with anything other than the research-use-only statement.

Wherever you describe a product, our research-use disclaimer (“For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.”) must appear with it. Describing the compound's structure, published research, purity testing, or Certificate of Analysis is fine — that is what our own product pages do.

4. Honest promotion and required disclosures

• Disclose the commission.United States law (the FTC Endorsement Guides, 16 CFR Part 255) requires you to clearly and conspicuously disclose that you earn a commission wherever you post your link or code — in the post, video, description, or message itself, not behind a click. “#ad” or “I earn a commission on purchases through this link” is enough. This applies on every platform and in private messages.
• No fake or undisclosed reviews. You must not write, buy, or solicit reviews or testimonials of our products, and you must not post a review of a product you were compensated to promote without disclosing that compensation (16 CFR Part 465).
• Describe the discount accurately.Your code gives the discount stated in section 5 and nothing more. Do not advertise a larger discount, “free” products, or an offer we have not published.
• Quality claims stay within what we publish.Purity, testing, and certificate statements must match our product and CoA pages. No “pharmaceutical grade”, no “FDA approved”, no accreditation claims.

5. Your code, your link, and how orders are credited

• Your partner code is also a discount code. A customer who applies it — or who arrives through your referral link, which applies it automatically — receives 10% off eligible products on that order. Supplies such as the reconstitution solution are not discounted.
• When a larger store-wide promotion is running, the customer keeps the larger discount plus a small referral bonus, and the order is still credited to you.
• When someone clicks your link we set a tracking cookie for 30 days.
• An order is credited to a partner in this order of precedence: the partner whose code is applied to the order; otherwise the partner whose code was entered in the affiliate field at checkout; otherwise the most recent referral link the customer clicked within the cookie window.
• Your code is public by nature. We cannot guarantee exclusivity, and we do not adjudicate disputes between partners over the same customer; the precedence rule decides.

6. Prohibited promotion methods

Any of the following ends your participation and forfeits unpaid commission:

• health, medical, human-use, or veterinary-use claims of any kind (section 3);
• bidding on our brand names or trademarks in paid search, or using our name in a domain, subdomain, social handle, or page title;
• spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive, cloaked, auto-redirect, or iframe-loaded links;
• cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any other manipulation of attribution;
• purchasing through your own link or code, or through any account or household you control;
• promotion on sites that are unlawful, infringing, sexually explicit, hateful, or otherwise objectionable, or to anyone under the age of majority.

7. Commission

• Rates. Unless we have agreed a different rate with you in writing: 20% of the first order placed by each researcher you refer, and 10% of every subsequent order that researcher places, for as long as both of you remain in the program.
• Base. Commission is calculated on the amount the customer paid for products — after any discount, excluding shipping, taxes, and any non-discounted supplies.
• When it is earned. Commission accrues when the order ships. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or charged back earn nothing; if commission on such an order was already paid, the amount is deducted from your balance.
• Your own orders. Orders placed by you, your account, your household, or a business you control earn no commission (your code still gives the discount).
• Changes.We may change commission rates, the referral discount, or the payout threshold on 30 days' notice by email to your account address. Changes apply to orders placed after the effective date, never retroactively.

8. Payouts

• We tally balances at the end of each calendar month and pay on or about the 1st for the prior month, once your balance reaches $50. Smaller balances roll forward and do not expire while your account is open.
• Payouts are sent in US dollars to the payout details saved in your partner dashboard. We cannot pay a partner who has not provided them, and we are not responsible for payments sent to details you entered incorrectly.
• Before paying out we may require a completed IRS Form W-9 (US persons) or W-8 (non-US persons), and we report payments to tax authorities where the law requires. You are responsible for all taxes on what you earn.
• We may withhold payment while we investigate suspected fraud or a breach of these terms, and we may correct any payout made in error.

9. Our brand and materials

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use our name, logo, and the product images and copy we provide, solely to promote the program under these terms. Do not alter our materials, do not edit or reproduce Certificates of Analysis except by linking to our pages, and do not register domains, handles, or trademarks containing our name. The licence ends when your participation does.

10. Suspension and termination

Either of us may end your participation at any time, for any reason, by notice. We may suspend an account immediately while we review a suspected breach; while suspended, your link and code stop attributing orders and stop discounting. On termination for breach of sections 3, 4, or 6, unpaid commission is forfeited. On any other termination, eligible commission already earned is paid at the next regular cycle. Sections 3, 4, 9, 11, and 12 survive termination.

11. Responsibility and liability

You are responsible for everything you publish. You agree to indemnify AminoStock against claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your promotions, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law. The program is provided as is; we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any level of earnings will result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under this agreement is limited to the commission paid to you in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will email the account address on file at least 14 days before a material change takes effect and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to participate after the effective date accepts the new terms; if you don't agree, stop using your link and code and your earned balance is paid out as usual.

13. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AminoStock operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located there unless applicable law provides otherwise. Questions: support@aminostock.com.
