Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the AminoStock Partner Program. They are provided as a plain-language placeholder; consult a qualified attorney before relying on them for a live program. By enrolling, you agree to everything below.

Enrollment

Enrollment is by application and approval. We review each applicant and may accept or decline for any lawful reason. You must provide accurate information, be legally able to enter into an agreement, and comply with our research-use-only positioning at all times. Accounts are personal to the approved partner and may not be transferred without our consent.

Commissions

Approved partners earn a 20% commission on the first order placed by a researcher you refer, and a 10% recurring commission on that researcher's subsequent orders for the life of the relationship. Commissions are calculated on the product subtotal, excluding shipping, taxes, discounts, and any amounts later refunded or charged back.

Cookie window

When someone clicks your referral link, a tracking cookie is set for 30 days. An order is attributed to you if it is completed within that window. Where multiple partners are involved, attribution follows a last-click model unless we specify otherwise.

Payment

Commissions are tallied at the end of each calendar month and paid for the prior period once your cleared balance passes the minimum payout threshold. Balances below the threshold roll forward until they qualify. Commissions tied to orders that are refunded, canceled, or charged back are reversed. You are responsible for any taxes on the amounts you earn.

Prohibited promotion methods

• Any health, medical, or human-use claims about the products.
• Bidding on our brand names or trademarks in paid search, or using misleading ad copy.
• Spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive, cloaked, or auto-redirect links.
• Self-referrals, cookie stuffing, or otherwise manipulating attribution.
• Promotion on sites that are unlawful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

Termination

Either party may end participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account and withhold unpaid commissions for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or promotion that misrepresents the products. On termination, your referral links are deactivated and any cleared, eligible commissions are paid at the next regular cycle. Questions can be sent to support@aminostock.com.
