Every product sold by AminoStock is a laboratory research material. This page states the terms under which those materials are offered. Placing an order confirms your agreement with all of the following.

Laboratory and in-vitro use only

Our products are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use. They are chemical reagents for controlled scientific study — not for any in-vivo use in humans or animals, and not for clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, household, or food applications of any kind.

Buyer eligibility

These materials are sold only to qualified researchers and organizations equipped to handle research chemicals responsibly. By ordering, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, that you are purchasing for legitimate research, and that you (or your organization) have the training, facilities, and controls appropriate for safe handling.

Acceptable use

• Use only within a controlled laboratory environment by trained personnel.
• Follow accepted safety practices, applicable regulations, and institutional policies.
• Store, label, and dispose of materials as required for research chemicals.
• Keep products out of reach of anyone not qualified to handle them.

Prohibited uses

• Any human or veterinary use, including ingestion, injection, or topical application.
• Use in or as a drug, supplement, food, cosmetic, or medical device.
• Resale, repackaging, or distribution for human or animal consumption.
• Any use that violates applicable local, state, or federal law.
